Online orders are processed Monday - Friday within 48hrs of being placed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We proudly ship worldwide, including to the United States. Please read the following carefully before placing your international order:

Import Duties, Taxes & Fees

All international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs charges, tariffs, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to pay any applicable import duties or taxes required by their local customs authority. These fees vary depending on the destination country and the value of the items being imported.

For shipments to the United States, please anticipate additional importation fees of approximately 30% to 50% of your order value, depending on your state and local import rules.

Refusal to Pay Customs Fees

If you choose to refuse the customs fees and the shipment is returned to us, please note:

  • We do not accept 'Return to Sender' packages due to unpaid import duties or customs charges.
  • Refunds will not be issued for packages refused at customs or returned due to non-payment of required fees.

 

 

RETURNS

D.D's Fashions makes returns simple.

All full priced items from DDs Fashions can be returned for a refund within 10 days of delivery. Sale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds are issued into the same account that you paid with, and do not include the shipping price.

All Full priced items from DDs Fashions can be returned for an exchange within 10 days of delivery. Excludes sale items.

All full priced items from DDs Fashions can be returned for a store credit within 10days of delivery. Excludes sale items.

Returns must adhere to the following conditions:

  1. Items you wish to return must arrive at the boutique within 10 days of the date you receive the order.
  2. Items must be returned as immaculately as they are sent out. The item must not be worn, washed, altered or damaged, and any original swing tags and packaging must be intact.
  3. You will be required to enter a tracking number to submit your return. You are responsible for your returned items until the boutique receives them.

Please note that all sale footwear purchases are strictly final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

  1. Condition: Sale footwear may be dispatched without the original shoebox.
  2. In-Store Try-On: Some pairs show minor signs of wear, such as light scuffing on the soles, due to customers trying them on in-store.
  3. Pricing: The discounted price reflects the condition of the shoes and is final.
