All Domestic and International orders placed via our online store are shipped with Australia Post.

Online orders are processed Monday - Friday within 48hrs of being placed.

RETURNS

D.D's Fashions makes returns simple.

 All full priced items from DDs Fashions can be returned for a refund within 10 days of delivery. Excludes sale items.

Refunds are issued into the same account that you paid with, and do not include the shipping price.

*Exclusions may apply to items for hygiene purposes. This will be stated in the item description.

Returns must adhere to the following conditions:

1. Items you wish to return must arrive at the boutique within 10 days of the date you receive the order.
2. Items must be returned as immaculately as they are sent out. The item must not be worn, washed, altered, damaged, taken to Wet ‘N’ Wild (or any other theme park), and any original swing tags and packaging must be intact.
3. You will be required to enter a tracking number to submit your return. You are responsible for your returned items until the boutique receives them.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

The one downside to having immaculate taste is that others might cotton on and want what you’re having (When Harry Met Sally, anyone?).

In the event that an item you purchased sells out on the shop floor before your order is processed, we will provide an immediate refund, and issue you with an exclusive 15% discount for any purchases (not including sale items) in the next two weeks.
