This black boater features a sprinkling of gold-toned metal stars across the brim and base of the black hat and is finished with two grosgrain ribbons embellished with gold-toned metal stars. The black ribbon can be tied underneath a low pony or bun for a subtle look or underneath your chin for a dynamic look.
